B2B Sales Representative

Job Description

Our sales reps are a perfect blend of aggressive yet approachable and tech savvy yet business-minded. Pure hunters, they live to find and close deals, and are handsomely rewarded for their success. Inbound/outbound and every part of the sales cycle is yours to own, from hot lead to closed deal.

Base salary; 20% of every dollar sold goes directly to you.

Sell $500k? That's $100k to you.

Sell $1m? $200k in your pocket.

Sell 2m? 4m? Your earnings are totally uncapped. Dor sells for about $1000 per store, so if you land some big fish you'll be on your air yacht to Fiji in no time.

You

  • Proven track record of over achieving quota in a fast moving environment. 
  • Clear, concise communicator.
  • Team-oriented, collaborative nature: We’re a small, fast-growing team, and we all need to pull for each other and share best practices. Rising tides and all that. 
  • 3-5 years’ experience in B2B sales, preferably SaaS-based
  • Proficiency in structuring and closing complex deals with multiple variables 
  • Strategic, sophisticated deal planning and negotiation 
  • Super self-motivation and time management and personal accountability 
  • Strong analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills (People like you, listen to you, and trust you!)
